Frédéric Lalande, CEO of Charcuteries Cosme, a 40-year-old Sarthois company with 185 employees based in Le Mans, is participating in the Salon de l’Agriculture in Paris. Despite 90% of its revenue coming from within 100 km of Le Mans, the company sees the event as a crucial opportunity to showcase its commitment to quality, artisanal products, and local sourcing. Cosme collaborates with 40 local breeders, emphasizing a short supply chain and regional pleasure, aligning with the growing demand for excellent regional products in the capital. Lalande believes the future lies in high-quality products, which he will champion at the Parisian event.
