ბიზნესმენ თამაზ ელიზბარაშვილის ადვოკატმა, ლექსო სვიმონიშვილმა, განაცხადა, რომ მისი დაცვის ქვეშ მყოფი პირი ადმინისტრაციული წესით დააკავეს და ამჟამად მთავარ სამმართველოში გადაჰყავთ. მისივე თქმით, საგამოძიებო მოქმედებები ვერ დასრულდა, რადგან დაკავება ადმინისტრაციული სამართლის საფუძველზე მოხდა. ადვოკატმა აღნიშნა, რომ პოლიციელებსაც კი არ შეუძლიათ ახსნან დაკავების მიზეზი, და რომ მისი კოლეგა აცხადებს ძალადობის გამოყენებაზე, თუმცა თავად ამას არ შეესწრო, მაგრამ აგრესიული დამოკიდებულება იყო.
