On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, the French group Technique Solaire officially announced its acquisition of Iberdrola's French onshore wind farms. This significant deal excludes the offshore wind farm in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, which remains under the operation of Ailes Marines, a subsidiary of Iberdrola. The acquisition includes 118 MW of operational wind capacity and a development pipeline of 639 MW for wind and solar projects across France.
