« Le plus grand au monde » : à Rennes, fin de chantier pour le chapiteau de 2 000 places de la Prévalaye 21.02.2026

Rennes is nearing completion of its new MeM, an XXL version of the Magic Mirror tent, designed to be the world's largest of its kind with a capacity of 2,000 standing spectators. Located in La Prévalaye, this permanent structure, costing 7 million euros, features robust, sound-insulating walls and retains the traditional circular layout, wood paneling, stained glass, and mirrors of its predecessors, while adding a mezzanine for 300 additional seats. The new MeM aims to host a variety of events, with 65% dedicated to shows and 35% to corporate events to ensure economic viability and reasonable ticket prices. The inaugural concert is scheduled for Friday, March 6, 2026, featuring the electro duo Kompromat, and the complex will also include a 250-seat cultural café-restaurant.
