In Breda, a man was apprehended around 6:45 PM after witnesses reported him vandalizing trash cans, pulling down signs, and sexually assaulting several women in the city center. Police issued him a ban from the area, but as officers escorted him out, he urinated in the street. Subsequently arrested, the man continued his disruptive behavior by urinating again inside a police bus, necessitating specialized cleaning and leading to a vandalism report. Upon arrival at the detention center, he further assaulted a staff member by biting their hand. The suspect remains in custody and is scheduled for questioning on Sunday, with witness interviews also pending.
