Andrew Dent, a 54-year-old man from High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, has been charged by Thames Valley Police with nine counts of rape and other sexual offences against two women he met online in 2024. The alleged incidents occurred in a West Berkshire hotel on June 19 and at an address in Henley-on-Thames on October 26. Dent faces additional charges including five counts of sexual assault by penetration, three of intentional strangulation, two of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and one of voyeurism. He was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Reading Crown Court on Wednesday. The victims are a woman in her 30s from South Wales and another in her 50s from London.
