Man denied bail over alleged threats and attempted hit-and-run 22.06.2026

Godwin Attard, a 31-year-old from Munxar, was arraigned before Magistrate Jean Paul Grech on Monday, pleading not guilty to charges including issuing death threats and attempting to hit a man with his vehicle. The case stems from a police report filed on June 16, alleging that Attard pursued the complainant with his car. Police obtained an arrest warrant and apprehended Attard early Monday morning.
