Man dies after suffering injuries while using grinder at Attard field 27.06.2026

A tragic incident occurred on Friday evening in Attard, claiming the life of a 71-year-old man from Mosta. Police reported that they were alerted to an emergency in a field along Triq San Ġakbu at approximately 8pm. Preliminary investigations indicate that the victim sustained fatal injuries while operating a grinder. A medical team was dispatched to the scene and attempted to provide life-saving assistance, but the man was certified dead at the location.
