Rakem Elliot, 34, has been missing since January 12, 2025, after exiting his brother's car on an Interstate 40 off-ramp in Raleigh, North Carolina, following an argument over loud music. His brother, Arsenio Elliot, drove away after Rakem allegedly cracked the windshield. Rakem was last seen walking eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-40, and an NCDOT camera reportedly captured him on the highway that day. Efforts to locate him have been complicated by the fact that he did not have a cellphone or wallet with him at the time of his disappearance. His father, Dwight Elliott, is praying for his return, and the family plans to hold another search on March 14.
