A 35-year-old Żabbar man has been granted bail after pleading guilty to threatening his partner during a domestic dispute early Tuesday morning. The accused admitted to offences including threats to cause fear of violence, inflicting slight injuries, and making threats via electronic communications, while also being in breach of a suspended sentence. According to court proceedings, the argument began around 5 a.m. at the accused’s grandmother’s residence as the couple prepared food, escalating when the victim noted the food had been burnt.
