Usi Christian Jior Orlino, a 27-year-old Filipino tourist, was sentenced to six weeks’ jail after pleading guilty to three charges of voyeurism, with three other charges taken into consideration. The offences occurred on Nov. 6, 2025, while Orlino was in Singapore on vacation and staying with his girlfriend. According to court documents, five of the six incidents took place at stores in Chinatown Point between about 6:48pm and 8:05pm. In one case, he placed his phone under a woman’s blue dress at a bakery and recorded for 33 seconds. He used the same method on another woman at a pharmacy, filming for 19 seconds.
