A man from Oss, identified as K., is facing charges for the murder of his girlfriend's stepfather, an incident allegedly captured on video. The prosecution believes K. suffocated the victim on November 12, 2025, by covering his mouth and pressing his nose with disposable gloves while the victim was being cared for at a facility in Deurne. K. appeared in court in Den Bosch for an initial public hearing, where he expressed regret for his actions. He was arrested on November 15, 2025, and will remain in custody until his next court date on May 22. A psychological evaluation of the suspect is underway.
