MaPrimeRénov' va rouvrir dans quelques jours : on sait quand il sera possible de se rendre au guichet de demande d’aides 20.02.2026

The MaPrimeRénov' aid scheme for energy renovation will reopen on Monday at noon, following the promulgation of the 2026 state budget, the Ministry of Housing announced. The scheme, along with other aid from the Agence nationale de l’habitat (Anah), had been suspended since the start of the year due to a lack of budget, leading to a backlog of applications. While new applications can now be submitted and pending dossiers processed, the ministry warns of extended response times, currently exceeding six months for major renovations and three months for single-work projects. A personalized consultation with a France Rénov' advisor is now mandatory before applying for major renovations. The 2026 budget allocates €3.6 billion in state credits and €500 million in energy saving certificates, aiming to fund 150,000 isolated renovations and 120,000 comprehensive renovations, though this target is impacted by 83,000 suspended dossiers from late 2025.
