Born on April 11, 1939, Lasser began her career performing in musicals during her time at Brandeis University before moving to Manhattan. She was famously married to filmmaker Woody Allen from 1966 to 1970, appearing in several of his films including "Take the Money and Run" and "Bananas." Her career spanned decades, including notable roles in "Taxi," "It's a Living," and appearances in "Wolves of Wall Street" and HBO's "Girls." She is survived by her longtime partner, Michael Citriniti, leaving behind a significant legacy in film and television.
