‘Masters of the Universe’ Trailer: Nicholas Galitzine Powers Up as He-Man and Battles Jared Leto’s Skeletor 22.01.2026

Amazon MGM has released the trailer for Travis Knight's live-action adaptation of "Masters of the Universe," featuring Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man and Jared Leto as Skeletor. The film, produced by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Mattel Films, and Escape Artists, follows He-Man's battle to protect his planet Eternia from Skeletor and his forces. The ensemble cast includes Camila Mendes as Teela, Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Morena Baccarin as The Sorceress, and Idris Elba as Duncan/Man-At-Arms. After a lengthy development process, the movie, with a screenplay by Chris Butler, began principal photography in London in January 2025 and is set for a worldwide theatrical release on June 5.
