Critics, including Dr. Lehlohonolo Mahlatsi of the United Africans Transformation and Dr. John Hlophe of the MK Party, argue that Gana's affiliation with Rise Mzansi, a participant in the Government of National Unity (GNU), creates a perception of bias and could undermine public trust in the process.
