Mercedes-Benz India has launched its locally assembled V-Class MPV, a six-seater luxury vehicle, with prices starting at Rs 1.4 crore. This new offering features an extra-long wheelbase for enhanced comfort, AIRMATIC air suspension adapted for Indian roads, and introduces a petrol engine option alongside diesel. The company anticipates sales growth in the upcoming financial year, driven by a post-Covid surge in demand for spacious and comfortable luxury MPVs. The V-Class is manufactured at Mercedes-Benz's Chakan facility, underscoring their commitment to the Indian market and its growing luxury segment.
