It states that at 16:00 on July 3, 2569, the storm's center was located in the northern South China Sea, approximately 400 kilometers from Nanning, China. The maximum wind speed near the center was approximately 74 kilometers per hour, and it was moving slowly northward. It is expected to pass Hainan Island this evening and make landfall in Nanning between July 4-6, 2569. The storm's center will not enter Thailand.
