The Michelin Guide has unveiled the second edition of its starred restaurant list in Quebec, marked by the addition of four new establishments. This selection also includes Bib Gourmand addresses, recognized for their good value for money, as well as restaurants recommended for their quality cuisine. The four new starred restaurants are Auberge Saint-Mathieu in Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc, Hoogan et Beaufort in Montreal, Le Clan in Quebec City, and Sushi Nishinokaze in Montreal.
