This new Dev Box, designed with an aluminum heatsink casing, runs Windows 11 Pro with developer-centric settings and tools. It serves as a successor to the Windows Dev Kit 2023 (Project Volterra), which was powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 and aimed to support Arm-based development, paving the way for faster code translation and increased availability of Arm-native applications.
