At a meeting of the Lower Austria People's Party state board on Friday, Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner voiced sharp criticism of the SPÖ government team at the federal level. In a press release, she called, among other things, for a unification toward a "fair, just social assistance" system and an "end to location-hostile tax fantasies." Mikl-Leitner emphasized that everything must be done at all levels to strengthen the economy, secure jobs, and reward the willingness to work of the citizens. In this regard, she stated that the SPÖ government team is particularly called upon to act.
