Millions from Serbia for those accused in the Banjska attack – analyst: This could cost Belgrade dearly before the EU! 07.07.2026

Companies linked to Milan Radoičić, accused of organizing the Banjska attack, have continued to receive public contracts worth millions of euros from Serbian institutions, even after the indictment against him. This discovery has raised significant concerns regarding transparency and oversight in Serbia. Political analyst Eduard Gashi stated that this situation is a serious problem for the rule of law and the fight against organized crime. According to him, the continued financing of these networks damages Serbia's credibility before the European Union and could lead to a deadlock in the European integration process. Gashi emphasized that the EU demands concrete evidence such as transparency and accountability, and that normalization cannot occur if Serbia allows companies linked to violence to benefit from the public budget.
