Minić stated that the decision of the crippled Constitutional Court of BiH represents the rock bottom of law, morality, and professional standards. He emphasized that he had reviewed their decision and that they cite an article of the European Convention on Human Rights, which he characterized as the greatest embarrassment for everyone sitting there. According to him, they have disgraced themselves, their careers, and ultimately their families.
