Fidan Abdulla, the mother of an autistic young child, has provided statements to the media regarding an incident in Baku's Narimanov district that has caused widespread outcry. She stated that the 11-year-old child was subjected to physical violence during the incident and experienced severe fear and difficulty speaking for several hours following the trauma. Fidan Abdulla noted that although she initially thought the child had caused the incident themselves, building surveillance cameras showed that the person who pushed the child is a 29-year-old man. Following a police investigation triggered by a complaint, the suspect was quickly detained and is currently being held in a medical facility. It has been revealed that the individual is a neighbor in the building where the incident occurred. The incident has been widely shared via footage posted on social media.
