MPs to discuss the end of highway vignette price hikes; government seeks to freeze prices 14.07.2026

In their first reading, MPs will discuss a government proposal to abolish the automatic price increases for highway vignettes. The current mechanism raises prices based on consumer price inflation and the expansion of the highway network. If the proposal passes, the annual vignette would remain at 2,570 CZK.
