The Municipality of Quilmes has begun work to renovate the lighting system of the Ciudad de los Deportes (Sports City), located at the intersection of 856 Street and Ferrocarril Provincial Avenue in San Francisco Solano. The project involves the installation of 51 supports and 145 new LED lights, with the aim of improving security and the conditions for using the premises. The work is being carried out entirely with municipal funds and is part of the Lighting Repowering Plan, an initiative that seeks to modernize public lighting in various points of the district through the replacement and incorporation of LED technology.
