RTRS journalist Jasenko Todorović was questioned today at the SIPA premises in Banja Luka by order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office. The reason for the questioning is the show "Drugi ugao" (Another Angle) which aired over a year ago, and in which guests Marinko Božović and Nedeljko Elek allegedly denied the Srebrenica genocide. RTRS has sent official inquiries to SIPA and the BiH Prosecutor's Office to shed light on the circumstances of this questioning, which appears to be new pressure on the public broadcaster. This case raises questions about freedom of expression and legal procedures in BiH.
