Starting in September, the recruitment process for state positions will be harmonized. Potential civil servants and employees will follow the same path: they must register for a specific vacancy and then take the so-called "Epreuve d'Aptitude Générale" at the recruitment center in Kirchberg. This test was previously mandatory only for civil servants, but will also apply to employees in the future.
