The winning competition project, developed by the architecture firm "Dewey Muller," relies on the "15-minute" principle, where all residents can reach essential infrastructure within a 15-minute walk. Christine Muller from the architecture firm explains that the car is no longer the predominant mode of transport but must adapt to a different hierarchy to allow more space for pedestrians and cyclists.
