Oil prices have surged to their highest level in a month as US-Iran attacks continued for a third consecutive day, dampening hopes for stability in the Strait of Hormuz. Brent crude rose 2 percent on Tuesday to $84.91 a barrel, extending a 9.6 percent gain from the previous day and marking the highest since June 15. This follows a 17 percent increase from pre-conflict levels before the US-Israel war on Iran began in late February.
