Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla stated on Wednesday that his office will push forward with filing plunder charges against Senator Rodante Marcoleta, despite a massive rally organized by the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) near the EDSA People Power Monument in Quezon City. The charges are linked to Marcoleta's alleged failure to declare campaign contributions totaling around P75 million. In an ambush interview, Remulla firmly declared, "Nothing has changed. We will file," indicating that the protest would not alter their course of action.
