Over 2,000 Officials Held Accountable Since the Beginning of the Year 03.07.2026

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan has reported extensive efforts to hold officials accountable whose inaction created conditions for crimes to be committed. Since the start of the year, approximately 45,000 representations have been submitted to government bodies, institutions, and organizations in connection with investigated criminal cases. Based on these documents, more than 2,000 officials have been held accountable. Additionally, over 500 individuals were held administratively liable for refusing to consider these representations.
