Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced on Thursday that the government aims to return approximately $2 billion worth of illicit assets to the state and communities between 2026 and 2031. Speaking at a government meeting, Pashinyan stated, "We are setting this goal in the government's program. I consider it realistic, since the system for confiscating illicit assets has begun to function fully." He emphasized that all legally prescribed mechanisms will be utilized to achieve this objective.
