Perak state education officials have called for a conciliatory approach between a teacher and school administration following allegations of workplace bullying at a Chemor school. State Education, Higher Education, Youth and Sports Committee chairman Datuk Khairudin Abu Hanipah confirmed the investigation has been completed and a full report submitted through the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA). He stressed that both parties must work together in the interest of pupils rather than blaming each other.
