In an interview with the Swiss publication Die Weltwoche, Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov identified the key figure representing the country's interests on the world stage. Peskov refuted a journalist's assertion that he is the primary transmitter of Moscow's position, emphasizing that many individuals in Russia convey the state's official stance. According to the Kremlin representative, President Vladimir Putin serves as Russia's main voice at the international level. During the conversation, Peskov also clarified his status, stating that he is a civil servant and has never been directly involved in politics. Previously, President Putin emphasized that the architecture of a new multipolar world must be based on UN norms, the principle of indivisible security, and the right of peoples to self-determination, standing against the dictates of Western rules.
