The Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) announced on Friday that it is fully prepared to serve a warrant of arrest against Senator Rodante Marcoleta, pending its issuance by the Sandiganbayan. In a report by Jun Veneracion on "24 Oras," PNP Public Information Office Chief Colonel Allen Rae Co stated that authorities have finalized their protocol and system for the potential arrest. If the warrant is issued while Marcoleta is inside the Senate premises, the PNP will coordinate with Senate leadership to ensure a smooth process.
