These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ranked News operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service are offered through optional paid subscriptions sold directly or via third-party app stores. By starting a subscription you authorize Ranked News (or the applicable store) to charge the periodic fee using the payment method you provide.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the close of the current cycle.
• You can manage or cancel web subscriptions from your account settings and in-app purchases through the platform where you subscribed. We cannot modify or cancel store-managed subscriptions on your behalf.
• Fees are non-refundable and we do not offer prorated credits for partial periods, except where required by law or applicable store policies.
• We may change subscription pricing or included features with prior notice; changes apply to the next renewal after the notice period.
• If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the charge succeeds or the plan is cancelled.

14. Cookies & Tracking

We rely on a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service functioning and to respect your preferences.

• Essential cookies keep you signed in during a session and remember core settings (such as language) between page loads so the site works as expected.
