According to the latest poll of polls, compiled by the data desk of the Aktuálně.cz newspaper, support for the government and opposition blocs is almost even. 45.2 percent of people would vote for the government parties, while 45.4 percent would vote for the opposition. This ratio has been stable practically since the beginning of the year, when the poll was launched. Voters apparently do not want to allow a significant imbalance of power on one side, so fluctuations in one party are immediately offset by a shift in favor of the other.
