End-User License Agreement

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Ranked News ("Ranked News," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Ranked News application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not install, access, or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Ranked News grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Software to access, view, and interact with news content provided through the Ranked News platform. In connection with your use of the Software you agree to:

• Use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this EULA.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Comply with any applicable third-party terms associated with your device or operating system.

4. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, distribute, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software to any third party.
• Use the Software in any manner that infringes the rights of Ranked News or any third party.
• Use the Software to develop or train competing products or services.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Ranked News and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Except for the limited license granted in this EULA, you obtain no other rights or licenses, whether express or implied.

6. Updates and Modifications

Ranked News may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, patches, or modifications to the Software (collectively, "Updates"). Updates are provided to improve the Software and may be required for continued use. This EULA applies to all Updates unless a separate license accompanies the Update.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The Software may display or provide access to third-party content or services that are not owned or controlled by Ranked News. Ranked News is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Software, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Ranked News may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time if you breach any term of this EULA or if we cease offering the Software. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RANKED NEWS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKED NEWS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ranked News and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Software or violation of this EULA.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ranked News operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to This EULA

Ranked News may modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated EULA on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
