Formerly a music journalist, Pujols' life took a dramatic turn after a severe scalding accident in Paris, where she suffered second-degree burns requiring extensive treatment. This event led her to a profound realization about the importance of movement, inspiring her to pursue a career as a sports coach, a profession then considered unfashionable. Her rigorous training included studies at INSEP. Pujols advocates for a balanced approach to well-being, emphasizing that while self-care is important, social connection and a less guilt-ridden perspective are equally vital, suggesting that "Our body is a temple, certainly, but also relaxed." The event will feature a hybrid sports class combining strength training, cardio, Pilates, stretching, and breathing exercises, alongside an intimate sharing of personal, yet universal, stories. The initial 2 PM session is full, prompting the addition of a second session at 6 PM.
