Raiffeisen preuzima Addiko banku 09.04.2026

Austrijska Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) objavila je namjeru preuzimanja Addiko Bank za 23,05 eura po dionici, uključujući dividendu za 2025. godinu, što predstavlja premiju od oko 20 posto u odnosu na vlasnički kapital. RBI planira zadržati poslovanje Addiko Banke u Hrvatskoj, Sloveniji i Austriji, čime bi značajno povećao tržišni udio u Hrvatskoj i ponovno ušao na slovensko tržište. Poslovanje u Srbiji, Bosni i Hercegovini te Crnoj Gori namjerava prodati Alta Groupu. Transakcija, koja zahtijeva regulatorne dozvole i prag prihvaćanja od 75 posto dionica, očekuje se da će biti finalizirana u četvrtom tromjesečju 2024. godine, dok bi izdvajanje prodanog poslovanja trebalo biti dovršeno u drugoj polovici 2027. godine.
