Musician Haftbefehl, whose real name is Aykut Anhan, has revealed a relapse into drug use, including cocaine, cannabis, and alcohol, shortly after the filming of his Netflix documentary "Babo: Die Haftbefehl-Story." This confession, made on his RTL+ podcast "Nina & Aykut," follows speculation about his health, particularly his "sunken nose," which he confirmed is due to years of drug abuse requiring reconstructive surgery in January 2026. The rapper also disclosed that he fell into a coma in July 2025 following the death of his mentor and friend Xatar, who passed away in May 2025 at age 43. Despite this setback, Haftbefehl has completed a six-week rehabilitation program and is planning a significant comeback in 2026, including performances at the World Club Dome and arena concerts, as well as a tribute concert for Xatar.
