A police car chase in the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) area on March 30th concluded with the arrest of a 30-year-old local man who has a history of 31 criminal records and is also wanted for a drug-related offense. The incident began at 4:30 PM when an MPV conducting patrols attempted to stop a red Honda Civic, but the driver refused and initiated a pursuit. The suspect attempted to evade authorities by driving towards the KLIA terminal at Level 3, colliding with five public vehicles before being apprehended. The case is currently being investigated under various sections of the Penal Code and the Dangerous Drugs Act, with the suspect scheduled for a remand application at the Sepang Court.
