Reizigers stranden massaal op Eindhoven Centraal door uitval bussen 26.06.2026

In Zuidoost-Brabant zijn sinds vijf uur vanmiddag tot het einde van de dag bijna alle bussen stilgelegd. De extreme hitte zorgt ervoor dat de laadpalen voor de elektrische bussen niet meer functioneren. Hierdoor kunnen de bussen niet worden opgeladen en moeten ze hun huidige rit nog afmaken om daarna naar de stalling terug te keren. Alleen lijn 401 tussen Eindhoven Centraal Station en Eindhoven Airport blijft rijden, maar met andere voertuigen.
