Lumiere Cinema has presented its summer program titled Summer Special, which will offer viewers cult films and restored classics over nine Mondays. The cycle will open on July 6 with David Lynch's mystery thriller Lost Highway (1997) in a restored 4K version. The program will be complemented by Tarseem Singh's visually stunning Falling (2006), Xavier Dolan's intimate drama Imaginaries (2010), and the cycle will culminate on the last day of August with the screening of Danny Boyle's cult drama Trainspotting (1996). Cinema manager Zita Hosszúová confirmed that the screenings will also include digitized Czech and Slovak classic works. The program is implemented in cooperation with the Febiofest International Film Festival and focuses on films that have achieved cult status or received significant international awards.
