A new report from fintech company MoneyLion has identified Wildwood, Florida, as the fastest-growing retirement community in the United States, with its population aged 65 and older surging by 256% over the past five years. Located about 52 miles from Orlando and 77 miles from Tampa, Wildwood now has a population of 19,436, with 47% of residents being seniors. The city's growth is largely attributed to its location just south of The Villages, the world's largest retirement community, which has spurred significant development and renovation projects.
