Route bus crashes into tree in Baku, injuries reported - Video - Updated 04.07.2026

Today, July 1, around 10:30 AM, a bus operating on route number 172 crashed into a tree in the Sabunchu district of Baku. As a result of the accident, the bus driver and 10 passengers sustained various degrees of bodily injuries. According to information from TƏBİB, the 11 injured individuals (5 women, 6 men) were transported to the Sabunchu Medical Center. After receiving necessary medical assistance, those in stable condition were discharged home. An investigation into the incident is underway.
