Réouverture de MaPrimeRénov' : pourquoi vous risquez d'attendre longtemps avant d'obtenir une aide 23.02.2026

The MaPrimeRénov' program, a national initiative providing financial aid for energy-efficient home renovations, has officially reopened on Monday, February 23, 2026, at noon, following its suspension due to the delayed adoption of the 2026 finance law. While the budget has now been approved, homeowners seeking assistance for insulation, heating system upgrades, or other eco-friendly improvements face significant delays. The Agence nationale de l'habitat (Anah) anticipates processing approximately 270,000 renovation projects in 2026, but an estimated 83,000 applications from late 2025 are still pending. Consequently, response times are expected to exceed six months for major renovations and over three months for single-item projects, a situation exacerbated by the program's historical administrative slowness.
