Russia conducted a series of overnight strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure, hitting a drone and missile factory in Kyiv and killing three people, including a child, in the Brovary district. Moscow's defense ministry claimed it targeted the Kyiv-11 Fire Point plant, which produces long-range weapons such as the Flamingo cruise missile. The attack damaged residential buildings, cars, and outbuildings, and caused a fire at a non-residential building, according to Kyiv's regional governor Tymur Tkachenko. Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported fires at garages and a commercial building in the Holosiivskyi district, with another fire extinguished at an enterprise in the Obolonskyi district.
