Joshua Kohut, the 51-year-old dean of research at Rutgers University's School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with invasion of privacy, according to the New Jersey Attorney General's office. Investigators allege that Kohut used his cellphone to film another person's undergarments in an upskirt video on the university's campus. The probe prompted a search of his Cranbury, New Jersey home on Monday, where authorities seized five electronic devices and allegedly found the upskirt images and videos.
